Do we need Rovo licences already?
If you are on Atlassian Cloud Premium or Enterprise, Rovo is already included. We confirm your setup during scoping so there are no surprises.
Who should attend?
Your IT manager or service desk lead, plus anyone who owns your JSM configuration. For the Governance Workshop, include a security or risk representative. Two to four people works well.
Which workshop is right for us?
If Rovo is sitting idle, start with the Quick Start. If agents are already live across teams, the Governance Workshop brings them under control. If you are ready for external models and advanced agents, the Agentic Service Management Lab is the next step.
What happens after the session?
You own the roadmap, framework, or architecture we produce. If you proceed to a project, your Quick Start fee is credited toward it.
