JSM Showcase Resources – February 2026

We had another great JSM Showcase event on 25th February 2026 and appreciate all the people who made the effort to join us.

We presented content of the following topics:

  • The Atlassian Service Collection

    • Presented by Mark Edwards (Atlassian Principle Partner Solution Architect) and Jackson Barnier (Systemology Account Manager)

    • This session opens with Atlassian’s new Service Collection, a unified ecosystem built to streamline service delivery across IT, HR, Finance and Operations. Mark and Jackson will show how Jira Service Management, Assets, CSM and Atlassian’s emerging AI layer now operate as a connected platform rather than standalone tools. Expect a direct look at how organisations are cutting tool sprawl, accelerating resolution time and delivering consumer-grade service experiences through smarter automation, consistent data, and fully integrated workflows.

    • You’ll learn: Where the platform is heading in 2026, how to modernise legacy support models and what the shift to shared services means for your roadmap.

  • Automation Driven Playbooks in JSM

    • Presented by Josh Mustac (Systemology Senior Consultant)

    • Playbooks combine procedures, automation and best practice into repeatable, guided workflows inside JSM. Josh will demonstrate how Playbooks reduce cognitive load for agents, ensure consistency across teams and automate repetitive steps that slow service down. You will see real examples of Playbooks that handle onboarding tasks, access requests, incident checks, approvals and quality controls, all without relying on tribal knowledge or manual effort.

    • You’ll learn: How to build high-value Playbooks, where to apply automation for maximum leverage and how to turn inconsistent processes into predictable, measurable service operations.
