We had another great JSM Showcase event on 4th June 2025 and appreciate all the people who made the effort to join us.

We presented content of the following topics:

  • Data Manager. This is now available in open Beta for all customers, so now is the time to understand how utterly awesome it is and how you can use it to amp up your asset management and data consolidation. We presented some real life examples that you can take away with you.

  • KBA lifecycle management. Creating knowledge articles takes effort and most teams stop here, however the next challenge is managing the lifecycle of content to keep it fresh and conforming to company guidelines. We demonstrated a KBA lifecycle management process that you can implement in JSM to ensure only quality content is published, and regularly reviewed.

  • JSM Virtual Agent. Many teams have not yet picked up this innovative feature in JSM Premium. We demonstrated several uses and configurations of this, so you can try it in your own instance.
