JSM Showcase Resources – August 2025
We had another great JSM Showcase event on 13th August 2025 and appreciate all the people who made the effort to join us.
We presented content of the following topics:
ESM and Non-IT asset management. We recently completed a JSM project for a large Victorian hospital operator. Of particular note on this project was the use of JSM Assets to manage a large number of medical assets. Senior Consultant Josh Mustac presented an overview of this project and how JSM Assets was configured to create a CMDB for medical assets and to support the programmed maintenance schedule of over 50,000 assets.
Atlassian Future of Work. Atlassian’s System of Work is a philosophy of how technology-driven organizations should work, connecting technology and business teams to accelerate progress and maximize team impact. Atlassian’s Head of Work Management Jono Ross presented how teams can reference this in defining their own future of work, and how this can address the increasing pressures of distributed work productivity and data silos.
Rovo as Your LLM: A Smarter, Simpler Alternative to Expensive AI Projects. Atlassian Rovo can function as a domain-specific Large Language Model (LLM) for your organisation, without the massive cost. While companies are spending hundreds of thousands training LLMs on internal data, Rovo comes built-in with Jira and can be safely configured to operate within strict knowledge boundaries. Systemology Account Manager Jackson Barnier presented how Rovo can be used to index and retrieve high-value knowledge across Confluence, Jira, and beyond, unlocking the same AI power with zero overhead.
