We had another great JSM Showcase event on 5th November 2025 and appreciate all the people who made the effort to join us.
We presented content of the following topics:
JSM vs ServiceNow & Migration Strategies. More companies are choosing to switch from ServiceNow to JSM. Systemology Account Manager Jackson Barnier will present a comparison of JSM to ServiceNow and outline migration strategies to consider to ensure a successful transition.
Using Rovo Agents in JSM Automation. Rovo use is accelerating and one area of high value is the use of Rovo agents within JSM automation. Systemology Senior Consultant Josh Mustac will present examples and strategies to use Rovo agents in this way to amp up your automation outcomes.
JSM Performance & Archiving Strategies. Over time the number of records in JSM and Jira projects can easilly exceed many hundreds of thousands. This presents challenges for teams to efficiently search data and maintain a high performance user experience. Systemology Senior Consultant Cael Metcalfe will present strategies for managing and archiving data to ensure user performance is maximised without foresaking data governance and access.
